Crnogorski orkestar mladih je osnovan 2018. godine od strane Udruženja mladih umjetnika Crne Gore.
U septembru 2019. Crnogorski orkestar mladih postaje predstavnik Crne Gore u Evropskoj orkestarskoj federaciji.
Mladi crnogorski muzičari koji su većinom svoju muzičku karijeru započeli u inostranstvu, dijele ideju nacionalnog ansambla mladih ka ostvarivanju zajedničkih ciljeva u umjetnosti i kulturi.
Kroz nov zvuk i sa akcentom na savremeno umjetničko stvaralaštvo, Crnogorski orkestar mladih se posebno obraća publici nove generacije.
Repertoar orkestra pored poznatih dijela klasične literature, čini savremena umjetnička muzika domaćih i stranih kompozitora kao i eksperimentalni spoj drame i klasične muzike.
Tokom proteklih godina orkestar izvodi više premijera savremenih djela, dok za kompoziciju Nokturno za solo violinu, orkestar i elektrniku 2020. godine snima prvi koncertni spot takve vrste u Crnoj Gori.
Orkestar je učestvovao u manifestacijama kao što su:
Evropski dani kulturne baštine,
Festival mladih umjetnika 19,
Humanitarni Gala Koncert,
multimedijalna izložba Eros, krv i svetost…
