Purpose of the site

The site presents the work of the association, the Montenegro Youth Orchestra, the Young Artists Festival and the association's projects. Its content is for information only. If an exact detail matters for a decision you are making, such as the date, venue or programme of an event, please check it with us.

Messages sent through the contact form

Sending a message through the contact form does not create a contract or any other obligation, either for you or for the association. Collaborations, performances and other arrangements are agreed separately.

Please enter only accurate information in the form and do not send other people's data without their consent. Sending unsolicited messages, filling in the form automatically or any attempt to disrupt the site is not allowed.

Copyright and use of content

Texts, photographs, video and audio recordings, logos and other content on the site belong to the association or to the authors and other rights holders, and are protected by copyright and related rights legislation.

You may view the content and share links to pages of the site. You may quote short excerpts of text within the limits allowed by law, naming the source and linking to the page.

Any other use, in particular downloading and publishing photographs and recordings, altering the content or using it for commercial purposes, requires the prior written consent of the association and, where the content belongs to another rights holder, that rights holder's consent as well.

Names and logos of media outlets, partners and other organisations mentioned on the site belong to their owners.

Links to other sites and external content

The site contains links to articles published by other media, to social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and to partner websites. The owners of those sites are responsible for their content and for how they process data. A link does not mean that the association endorses all content on the site it leads to.

YouTube videos load only when you click on them. From that moment, the terms and privacy policy of Google, which operates YouTube, apply.

Liability

We do our best to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is always complete and free of errors, or that the site will run without interruption.

The association is not liable for damage arising from the use of the site, from reliance on its information or from interruptions to its operation, unless the damage was caused intentionally or through gross negligence. This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not reduce the rights you have under mandatory legislation.

Governing law and disputes

These terms and the use of the site are governed by the law of Montenegro. We will first try to resolve any dispute by agreement; if that fails, the dispute will be decided by the competent court in Montenegro. If you live in another country, these terms do not limit the protection you have under the mandatory legislation of that country.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Every change is published on this page with a new date and version, and the amended terms apply from the day of publication. If the Montenegrin and English versions differ, the Montenegrin version prevails.
